- Open Production, use excel file to set Production decisions, also automation, buy and sell capacity
- Open HR and set decisions for HR
- Open Finance and set decisions for Finance
- Open TQM and set decisions for TQM (if any)

Note that R&D is the most important decision because wrong decisions here need at least three rounds to fix, and can lead to continuous loss, low sales, low investment in later rounds.
Again, round one is the most important round, R&D is the most important in each round. Wrong decisions in round 1, pay by low sales, loss and can not get back to top. Wrong R&D decisions, pay by a few later rounds to fix, low sales, low net profit. So, start right from round 1 and make R&D decisions carefully, we are running high tech business (sensor technology).
10. Why need tutorial?
You can always run the game on your own with all above free guides, tips and tool.
You can do better if having good support right from Round 1.
Right start from round 1 save a lot of time in later rounds, and create good foundations for good strategies in later rounds. Big mistakes in round 1 will need at least round 2-3 and 4 to fix (and can not win if other teams play well). Wrong R&D decisions in round 1 often lead to bad results in round 2-3-4 and can not get back to top (if others just play well), low results of round 1 can not get investment for development in later rounds. If loss in round 1, can not get funds from stocks, so can not invest to reduce cost, which all lead to low sales and very low net profit, then can not compete with teams which play well right from start.
Again, after supporting MBAs for over 15 years and played thousands rounds, it is very difficult to save a loss company (with wrong R&D decisions in round 1, and 2) to good sales and good net profit. (It often needs at least 4 rounds to save a loss company and get back sales and profit)
Spending only 1-hour tutorial in round 1, you and your team save 20-30 hours in later rounds and can lead and win the game. More importantly, you can manage the game on your own, win all rounds and this will bring better experience. All time you spend in learning will be more effective with a profitable company.
